DriftAware is provided as-is, for personal use, without warranty.

Service

DriftAware delivers hourly local notifications based on the schedule you configure on your device. Notification timing is best-effort and subject to iOS scheduling, your device state, and Apple's push notification service.

Reliability

We do our best to keep notifications flowing, including a backend silent-push channel that wakes the app to refresh its schedule. We make no guarantees about delivery, timing, or uptime. Notifications may be delayed, deduplicated, or skipped by iOS.

License

DriftAware is licensed for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app or backend.

Liability

DriftAware is not responsible for any direct or indirect harm arising from missed notifications, schedule errors, or service interruptions. Use the app as a helpful nudge, not as a critical alerting system.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the app after a change constitutes acceptance.
