Notifications not arriving

Notifications fire at the start of each hour you have selected, during the days you have enabled, within your active window. If they stop arriving for a while, open Settings inside DriftAware and toggle any day off and back on — this re-schedules the upcoming chimes.

iCloud sync

Events and preferences sync via your personal iCloud private database when iCloud is enabled for DriftAware in iOS Settings. Apple manages this storage; there is no separate sign-in.

Removing the app

Uninstalling DriftAware removes the local data on that device. iCloud-synced events remain available on your other signed-in devices until the app is removed everywhere.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of purchase.
